ประวัติความเป็นมาของ บริษัท โบ๊ทพัฒนา จำกัด
เริ่มแรกเมื่อวันที่ 19 พฤศจิกายน 2546 ได้จัดตั้งบริษัทฯโดยมีชื่อว่า” บริษัท โบ๊ทลากูนโยธา จำกัด” โดยหลังจากนั้นทางบริษัทได้จัดตั้ง บริษัทฯ ขึ้นมาใหม่อีกหนึ่งบริษัท ในวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2552 ในชื่อ”บริษัท โบ๊ทพัฒนา จำกัด ” เพื่อขยายงานด้านธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ซึ่งทั้งสองบริษัท เป็นบริษัทในเครือ”บริษัท โบ๊ทลากูน จำกัด” ภายใต้การนำของ คุณบุญ ยงสกุล และ คุณภาณุพงศ์ กริชจนรัช ผู้คร่ำหวอดในวงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ซึ่งมีความชำนาญและเข้าใจในวงการนี้เป็นอย่างดี โดยมีจุดเด่นของบริษัท คือ สร้างสรรค์บ้านคุณภาพ ในแนวใหม่ ๆ บนทำเลที่มีอนาคตไกล บ้านในทุก ๆ โครงการ จะมีการพัฒนาขึ้นไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยผู้บริหารได้เดินทางไปดูงานที่ต่างประเทศหลาย ๆ ครั้ง และนำแบบอย่างการพัฒนาการก่อสร้างของต่างประเทศมาเพื่อประยุกต์ใช้ในบ้านของเรา ดังนั้นเราจึงเป็นผู้นำในการรังสรรค์สิ่งใหม่ที่ดีกว่าเพื่อให้ลูกค้าของเราได้สัมผัสก่อนใครและเราหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่า ลูกค้าจะมีความภูมิใจที่ได้อยู่บ้านที่มีคุณภาพและมีสไตล์ไม่เหมือนใคร
The Company has been established in 19 November 2003 under the name of “Boat Lagoon Civil Company Limited”. Later in 1 July 2009, company has been expanded in to real estate industry and the new company has been set up as “Boat Development Company Limited.”. These two companies are subsidiary company of “Boat Lagoon Company Limited” Under the strategic management of Mr.Boon Yongsakul and Mr.Panupong Kritchanarat who are the expertise in real estate industry, the company highlights on the creative design of quality home and steadily development in new potential location. The management has traveled to several countries and brought the idea of offshore construction to apply on the development on each project. We are a leader in creating something new and better for our customers to experience first and wish they are proud to be at home with quality and style like no others.
